It separates what you don't meet from what just lacks information. Requirements extracted with AI must always be confirmed in the original tender document.
The data comes from the governments' own portals and open data, and from multilateral banks. Values are the estimates each buyer publishes. Opportia does not replace the official tender document: always confirm it at the source.
Yes. Support and funding calls (for example iNNpulsa or ProColombia) are shown with the “Call” label and are not counted as tenders in the statistics.
