Opportia referral program
Recommend Opportia and earn up to 30% of what the companies you bring pay us. Independent professionals join as Ambassadors; firms, guilds, chambers and consultancies join as Channel Partners.
How it works
- Apply from your account (Settings → Referrals). We review your request.
- Share your link or code. The company registers with it and gets 30 extra trial days and 10 extra on-demand evaluations during the trial.
- Each time that company pays a plan, you earn a commission. It is held for 30 days and then released for payment.
Commission by number of paying clients

The rate applies to each client's payments during its first 12 months from its first payment. After that you keep a 10% residual while the client keeps paying. The maximum rate is 30%. Annual plans earn the commission on the single annual payment at the rate of the month it was paid. Milestone bonuses may apply at 5, 15, 30 and 60 active clients.
Guilds, chambers and associations
Many Channel Partners prefer not to receive cash. For them we offer a member discount instead: their affiliates get a percentage off every plan payment (up to 30%) and no commission is paid to the partner. The discount is a commercial discount on our price and replaces the commission; the two cannot be combined.

Eligibility
Anyone of legal age or a duly constituted company can apply. We may accept or reject applications and suspend partners who breach these terms. Employees of Opportia and the referred company's own staff cannot earn commission on that company.
Attribution
A company is linked to a partner when it registers using the partner's link (valid 90 days from the click) or code. Each company has one referrer only, set at registration and not transferable. Self-referral and referral of your own company or affiliates under your control is not allowed.
Commission base
Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid by the referred company for its plan, net of taxes included in the price, discounts, coupons and refunds. No commission is paid on free trials, 100% coupons or payments made by the partner's own companies.
30-day hold and payment
Each commission is held for 30 days from the payment date (the refund window) and then released. Released amounts are paid monthly once they reach COP 100,000; smaller amounts accumulate. Payment is made by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal to the account you registered, and bank or exchange costs may be deducted.
Refunds, voids and chargebacks
If a referred payment is refunded, voided or reversed (fully or partially) the associated commission is reversed in the same proportion. If the commission was still held, it is cancelled; if it was already released or paid, the amount is deducted from your next payments, and if there are none, you agree to return it within 30 days.
Annual plans
For an annual plan the commission is earned on the full payment but, as it is held for 30 days, a refund requested within that window never leaves you with an amount to return. If the client cancels or is refunded after the window, the commission already released is kept unless the refund is granted by law or because of an error, fraud or breach of these terms, in which case it is reversed as stated above.
Member discount (guilds)
In member-discount mode no commission is paid. The percentage agreed (maximum 30%) applies to each payment of the partner's referred affiliates while the partner is active, and ends if the partner is suspended or the company stops being an affiliate.
Conduct
You must not send spam, use misleading claims, impersonate Opportia, promise results we do not guarantee, bid on our brand in advertising or offer incentives that break the law. Report the program honestly as a commercial recommendation.
Taxes
Commissions are paid gross. Each partner is responsible for its own taxes and invoices or equivalent support documents; we may withhold taxes as required by law and ask for the documents needed to pay.
Changes and termination
We can change rates, tiers and these terms with 30 days' notice; changes do not affect commissions already earned. Either party may end participation at any time. Released and held commissions that are valid are paid after termination.
Personal data
Referred companies' data is processed by Opportia as controller. Partners only see company name, registration date and payment status, and must not use that information for other purposes.
