Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-10-09
Who we are and acceptance
These terms govern the use of Opportia, a platform operated by NOVAINTEGRA SAS, based in Bogotá, Colombia. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
What Opportia is
Opportia is an information and analysis service about public tenders and other procurement opportunities. We are not a contracting authority, we take no part in tender procedures, we do not submit bids on your behalf and we do not guarantee any award.
Information and sources
Data comes from official portals and open data of governments and multilateral banks. It may contain errors or delays, and values are the estimates published by each buyer. Always confirm the deadline, requirements and documents in the official tender documents and at the source before deciding. Open data is used under the licence of each source, with the attribution shown on its page.
AI features
Requirements, summaries and eligibility analysis generated with AI are guidance only and are not legal, financial or technical advice. They can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking them against the original document and for your decisions.
Your account
Give accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and tell us about any unauthorised use. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Content you upload
You remain the owner of the documents and data you upload. You authorise us to process them to provide the service (for example, reading them with AI and comparing them with tender requirements). You confirm that you have the right to upload them and you should not upload unnecessary personal data of third parties.
Acceptable use
Do not copy or extract data from Opportia in bulk, resell the service, bypass limits or plans, interfere with the platform, impersonate others or use it for unlawful activity.
Allies Network
The Allies Network helps companies find each other. Opportia is not a party to the agreements between them and is not responsible for their performance. Your company profile is visible to others only if you choose so.
Plans and payments
Paid plans are not active yet; today you can use Opportia at no cost. When they are activated, prices, billing cycles, taxes and renewals will be shown before you pay, and payments will be processed by Wompi. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights granted by the law of your country (for example Law 1480 of 2011 in Colombia or EU consumer law). Refunds: when paid plans are active, the monthly plan is not refundable once the period has started, but you can cancel the renewal at any time; for the annual plan you can request a full refund within 30 days of payment, and after that period the plan runs until the end of the year paid without refund. If we refund a payment, the referral commissions generated by it are reversed. These rules do not limit the withdrawal and refund rights that the law of your country grants to consumers.
Intellectual property
The software, brand, design and texts of Opportia belong to NOVAINTEGRA SAS. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service while your account is active.
Availability and changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features and will notify relevant changes to these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the information shown, lost bids, lost profit or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as wilful misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia and the courts of Bogotá. Consumers in the European Union and other countries keep the mandatory protections and the jurisdiction of their country of residence.
