Creating an account is free.
Tax ID (RUT), supplier registry (RUP), financial statements and your experience are stored and reused in every process. From your contracts and certificates, AI learns what you do and searches for you, across all opportunities, for the ones that fit best.
Browse the open and in-progress ones. Each shows days to close, status, buyer and value, and lets you download the tender documents and annexes.
“Can you apply?” compares the process's eligibility requirements, such as a valid supplier registry, activity code and financial ratios, with your documents.
| Process requirement | Your company | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Valid supplier registry (RUP) | Valid | Meets |
| Process economic activity (CIIU) | Included in your tax ID | Meets |
| Minimum liquidity ratio of 1.5 | 1.2 | Does not meet |
Requirements extracted from tender documents with AI must be confirmed in the original document. The experience required by tender documents is not yet verified automatically.
At what share of the budget the entity usually awards similar processes, the typical value for that process and how many bidders to expect.
Where a supplier wins, with which entities and categories, who it competes against and at what price. Colombia live from SECOP II plus over a million awards from Peru, Ecuador, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Honduras and Paraguay.
Open and in-progress ones, with days to close, buyer, value, and downloads of tender documents and annexes.
Upload your tax ID, chamber of commerce certificate, supplier registry, financial statements and certificates. AI reads them and you correct what's needed.
The analysis separates what you don't meet from what just lacks information.
What you upload for a specific process takes priority over your company's general repository.
Set keywords, UNSPSC categories, regions and value. We notify you in the app and by email, and every email also catches you up on the latest procurement news from your country.
Suppliers who complete the technical sheet of your proposal, with privacy controlled by you.
Six columns, with notes and a preparation checklist on each application.

Opportia is a platform that brings together public procurement tenders and opportunities from Latin America, Spain, Portugal, the United States and Canada in one place, shows their closing date and value, and compares each process's requirements with your company's documents to tell you whether you can apply.
A search tool alerts you when a tender matches your keywords. Opportia also compares the tender's requirements with your company's documents, shows at what share of the budget the entity usually awards and how many bidders to expect, and lets you see where each competitor wins and against whom. All from official open data across 20+ countries, multilaterals and private procurement.
It covers Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Mexico, Spain, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Paraguay, El Salvador, Uruguay, Guyana, Portugal, France, Italy, United States, Canada, Kenya, South Africa, Suriname, Zambia, Morocco, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Czechia, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Luxembourg, Malta, Cyprus, United Kingdom and Dominican Republic. Creating an account is free and starts with a 90-day trial with Gana's features. Afterwards you can stay free on Explora, which shows your country's tenders, or move to a paid plan: Avanza adds AI document reading and the reference price on every tender; Impulsa adds more users, CRM and a third country; Gana follows up to 5 countries and Lidera up to 7. Every paid plan has an annual option: pay 10 months and get 12.
It compares each process's eligibility requirements, such as a valid supplier registry, economic activity and financial ratios, with the documents you upload for your company. It separates what you don't meet from what just lacks information. Requirements extracted with AI must always be confirmed in the original tender document.
The data comes from the governments' own portals and open data, and from multilateral banks. Values are the estimates each buyer publishes. Opportia does not replace the official tender document: always confirm it at the source.
Yes. Support and funding calls (for example iNNpulsa or ProColombia) are shown with the “Call” label and are not counted as tenders in the statistics.
An AI assistant is great at drafting and explaining whatever you paste into it, but it doesn't know which processes are open today in your country and won't alert you when one appears. Opportia gathers and refreshes tenders from official sources every day, reads each tender document with AI once, compares it with your company's documents and warns you before the deadline. They complement each other: keep using your assistant to write the proposal. Opportia also uses AI models, but on data that is already organized.
AI can make mistakes or miss a requirement. That is why the pre-evaluation is a support to decide quickly, not a verdict: it separates what you don't meet from what is just missing information, and you should always confirm in the original tender document before bidding. If you find an error, tell us and we will review it.
Each country depends on what its official portals and open data publish: some sources update several times a day and others lag. We check the freshness of every source daily and get alerted when one falls behind. If an important portal is missing for you, let us know and we will evaluate it.
Your company's documents are used only to compare them with the requirements of your processes and are not shared with other companies. To read them we only use paid AI models, never any provider's free tier.
Publish your purchase needs, tenders and calls, receive proposals here and evaluate them on a board. Marketplace, CRM and e-procurement in one platform; free for buyers.
If your company doesn't bid but sells a product or service that a bidder needs to complete its technical sheet, the Allies Network connects you with them.
Recent headlines on tenders, business, energy, commodities, security and markets in each country. Each link opens the source's website.
The latest entries on the Radar: open tenders, calls and market studies across every country we cover. Updated with each ingestion.
